To celebrate the 105th anniversary of Dylan's birth we have a great two-day programme of events starting with an Uplands Tour organised by the National Waterfront Museum and run by Peter Thabit Jones.

Further details from their website - meet 11.00 am at the Uplands Tavern, cost £5 includes a visit to the Birthplace

No sooner is that over than we start preparing for the launch of a fabulous exhibition Under Milk Wood characters by the artist and photographer Seimon Pugh-Jones with music from some of the characters.

Seimon uniquely uses friends and neighbours as the models for his characters - or are they caricatures? You to judge? Two of those -
Lorraine King - who plays with Seimon in the band Welshcakes - and West End star Steve Balsamo lead an evening of music inspired by Under Milk Wood and whatever else they fancy!

  • When? Saturday 26th October 6.30 for 7.00 pm
  • Where? Dylan's front parlour. Refreshments and house tour
